Intrests :
I love spend time with my friends, family and my two dogs Yuki and Lily. In my spare time, I enjoy curling up with a good book or watching an episode or two of Law & Order: SVU. My favorite ice cream is Coffee Health Bar Crunch, I'm not sure what they tells you about my personality but it sure is good :)
Activities :
Here at Boston College, I'm the co-music director of the Bostonians A'Capella group. I'm a teacher's assistant, which means that somehow, instead of taking exams (you know, the usual stress-filled fun), I get to give them- ek! I also take part in the Amnesty chapter, the AIDS Awareness Group and, of course, the wonderful GenPulse Team.
At home, I volunteer at the local hospital and work at a few different summer camps for children with chronic and terminal illnesses. Seeing children who are sick smile is one of the most motivating things I have ever experienced.
I also play the fife a colonial Fife and Drum corps at home and am a Revolutionary War Re-enactor. Jealous? ha ha :)
